Dear Swim Team Parents,

In anticipation of Summer Swim registration opening later this afternoon (stay tuned for an email from Tyler Wyllie, Team Rep, later today), I wanted to make you aware of some new changes to spirit wear and sponsorships that you will see in the registration, as well as, important deadlines for ordering so your swimmer does not miss out.

FREE T-Shirt: First, I am excited to announce that each swimmer will receive one free t-shirt with their registration. Be sure to look for this on the registration form and select your swimmer’s correct size. The shirt will be an athletic dri-fit fabric, keep that in mind as you select your size. You can also choose to have their name embroidered on the sleeve for $5.00 - a good idea since every member of the team will have the same t-shirt! Parents, you can pre-order t-shirts for yourself during registration or through the team store (https://nfstneptunes.swimtopia.com/shop) until May 27. In order to receive the FREE team t-shirts with your registration, you must register and order by May 27.

Swim Caps: Another exciting change this season is a new swim cap design. I can’t wait for you to see the awesome design we have selected. We are happy to offer personalized swim caps again this year. There is a minimum order of two caps per name. In order to receive the personalized caps by timed trials, you must register and order by May 12. After May 12 you will be able to get the new swim cap without personalization. Don’t worry you can continue to wear the “classic” Neptunes swim cap. We still have a limited quantity of those left for sale at a discount.

Sponsorships: We revised our sponsorship program and need your help finding sponsors. I’ve attached a letter and an easy to read chart that shows our new sponsorship levels with the benefits to the sponsors. Two new benefits are having their logo listed on the back of our team t-shirt and having their logo listed on a team banner that will be displayed at the Newington Forest Pool all summer. We also have a personal level for families who do not have a business, but want to sponsor our team – you will also be listed by name on our shirt and banner as our “Thank You.” Please, print out the attached letter to take to the businesses you frequent – such as, your doctor, dentist, mechanic, any activities your kids are involved with, or your favorite restaurants.
