Saturday's A-Meet (at home) against Springfield! 

June 30th

Declare availability by 10:30 AM on Wednesday, June 27th, or they may not be able to swim!

• 7:15am – Parents help setup
• 7:45am – Swimmers PROMPT arrival (timeliness is imperative)
• 8:00am – Neptunes warmup (20 min max. Visiting team warms up after.)
• 8:30am – Minis arrive. Minis swim at 8:50am
• 9:00am – Swim meet begins
• ~11:30am – Swim meet ends (& cleanup begins)
• TEAM LUNCH AFTER SWIM MEET at Marco's Pizza on 9027 Silverbrook Rd, Fairfax Station, VA 22039 (one of our swim team sponsors).  In case you can't make it for lunch and prefer to order dinner, the fundraiser is good all day!

VOLUNTEERS

• Considering coming to the pool at 7:15am to help setup, and earn some volunteer hours.
• We need an hour of your time, from 8-9am to help with traffic.  Monitoring when the lot is full, and redirecting our guests to street parking.
• 2 Relay Take-Off judges.  Work the last events of the meet.  Great for parents whose kids are swimming in the relays.
• 1 Semi-experienced Runner to train a new swim parent.
• SIGN IN with Mike Cabot (Assistant Team Rep) who will be seated in the Team Rep table near the pool.
