B-Meet – AWAY vs. Crosspointe on Monday, July 2nd

**No Minis event at this away meet.

1. Declare your swimmer’s availability by 10:30am Monday on the team website, or you may not be able to swim.
2. Volunteers Needed:  3 TIMERS (Crosspointe has 8 lanes versus 6), and 1 RUNNER for second half of meet.
   • 5:30pm - Neptunes arrive. Marshals MUST be on the deck by this time! 
   • 5:55pm - Neptunes warm-up (20 min max). Officials meet with Referee by diving boards.
   • 6:05pm - Timers meet with Chief Timer by baby pool.
   • 6:30pm – Swim meet begins
   • 9:00pm – Swim meet ends promptly due to pool curfew.

Parking:  Their parking lot is reserved for our team. In addition there is overflow parking at Silverbrook Elementary (across the street) or the Iglesia Pentecostal Bethel Church.

Things to remember for a B Meet: 

• B-Meet entry is open to all swimmers – the only restriction is that a swimmer cannot swim in an event that they competed in during the previous Saturday’s A-meet.
• Through the website, swimmers may mark your preferences for which two events (two strokes or one stroke and IM) they would like to swim. Please note, these are swimmer preferences but may be changed at the coaches’ discretion based on needs of the team or where they think you will be most successful.

P.S.  We now have a swimmer filebox for swim meet ribbons that were not picked up at practice.  It is alphabetized by last name, and will be out at every practice (usually on a lounge chair near the first few swim lanes).  Please take a moment to pick up your ribbons.
