Dear Neptune Winter Swimmers/Parents,

Tonight is our first swim practice !!   

6-7pm at Lee District RECenter (6601 Telegraph Rd, Alexandria, VA 22310).

Please bring a towel, goggles and change of clothes for every practice for your swimmer(s) because it will be COLD after they swim. We ask parents/guardians to remain in the facility during practice. If you need to leave, please ask another adult to keep an eye on your child(ren). A family changing room is available. 

When you arrive (if asked), please inform the receptionist that you are there for swim practice. Proceed to the changing rooms and then to the pool. We will be in lanes C, D, E, & F which is in the shallow end.

We will have Fiona Price and Josh Baringer subbing for Haeley and Kaylee tonight.
