Parents,

With the possibility of storms for tonight's meet (though increasingly lower as the evening progresses, if forecast are to be believed), we just wanted to remind everyone of the weather policy:

• We swim through light rain, and only delay if the bottom of the pool cannot be seen clearly from the deck. The referee will make that decision.
• If there is thunder, per pool policy we must clear the pool deck for 45 minutes. The meet will NOT be cancelled at that stage. Instead, we ask families to wait in cars and be prepared to begin after that period has passed. 
• We will use the Remind app to send text notifications. If you are not signed up yet:
  • text @nfneptunes to 81010. You will be prompted to give your name, and you'll be signed up for those notifications.

• The meet will continue after the required period, and we will use the Remind text notifications to update families with details of estimated restart times.

• When possible, we will work with the other team to adjust warm-up times and other items to keep meets moving as much as possible.
