Hello all Neptunes and Minis families,

Tomorrow - Friday, June 28th, is our Team Pictures and Donut Breakfast. This is an event for our ENTIRE team - both Minis and Neptunes. Here are reminders and details:

• Arrival time: 7:30am (so that swimmers can be lined up and pictures can begin around 8am)
• Have swimmers in their suits. If they have a team suit, have them wear it if possible (if they don't have one, that's okay too).
• Order forms have been distributed at practice, but can also be filled out when you arrive. Bring completed forms with payment to the pool to hand to the photographer.

  • If you pay online, that must be completed today (Thursday the 27th) and make sure to still bring the form with your confirmation number.
• Individual and sibling photos will be taken after the group picture.
  • You will send your swimmer(s) into a line for those, and will have them hand the order form to the photographer.
  • Siblings can have their picture taken together. If you wish to have individual photos of each swimmer in a family you will need a separate form/payment for each one.
  • Purchased pictures will be mailed separately to each family by Lifetouch.
• Donuts will be served after swimmers are finished with pictures.
• There will NOT be practices or minis classes after pictures. Swimmers will not be in the pool. Regular practices and classes will continue on Monday.
