IMPORTANT - Please read!

Saturday's swim meet entries are attached.  Please check to see if your child is swimming.  If so, please consider volunteering in the few available spots (2 Runners, 2 for Grill, and we always need help with morning setup).  

HEAT WARNING!  Heat index will reach over 100 degrees this weekend.  Due to this, we are starting the swim meet earlier, and have some changes and suggestions below.

SWIM MEET *start time* HAS CHANGED to 8:30am (not 9:00am).

The NEW times are:

7:00am - POOL SETUP
7:30am - PROMPT arrival of swimmers
7:45am - 8:00am - Neptunes warmup (shorter than normal)
8:00am - 8:15am - Lincolnia Park warmup
8:20am - Minis swim (Minis swimming across the deep end, please meet Coach Craig at 8:10am near the slide.)
8:30am - SWIM MEET start time 
11:00am - approximate end time

• Have swimmers (and grownups too ;) bring water bottles!
• Consider parking across the street in the Rushing Creek neighborhood to allow parking space for our guests from Lincolnia Park.
• Please email me directly if you have pop up tents that you can lend to the team.  We want to cover the deck with shade if possible.  Please email me the size of the tent, and whether you can drop it off to the pool at 9pm on Friday night, or deliver it promptly by 7:00am on Saturday morning.

If you have read this far, it goes without saying that this is going to be an exciting swim meet.  Both undefeated teams, battling it out to see who will be the Division 17 CHAMPIONS!!  We know it is going to be VERY hot, and are doing our best to take care of the Neptunes' families and guests!  This is our last home meet, and we hope the Neptunes will come out to cheer on the team!
