Hello Neptunes!

Saturday is our home meet v. Edsall Park. It is important that every swimmer listed in the attached roster is in attendance. Other swimmers are also welcome to attend and cheer the team on! We will also have a Lollipop Race for our Mini Neptunes at 8:50am. Here’s the information.

Neptunes Arrival: 7:45am
Marshals on Deck: 8:00am
Netpunes Warm-up: 8:05am
Mini-Neptunes Swim: 8:50am (arrive by 8:40am to line up)
Meet Begins: 9:00am
Meet Ends: 11:30am (estimated)

Who? See attached roster – and please be there if listed.
NOTE: A-meets are determined by swimmer times. B-meets (see below!) are where everyone can swim.

How? Volunteers! We just need a few more roles filled for this meet. Sign up here!

Bring your swimmers (Neptunes and Minis!) for a couple of activities, cheers, and fun as we get ready for our first home A-meet of the season.
Away B-meet on Monday!
Our next B-meet is on Monday, June 27^th at Village West (only about a 12-minute drive away). All swimmers have the opportunity to swim two strokes (or one stroke and the IM – but a stroke other than what they swim in the weekend’s A-meet); we need every swimmer to indicate their availability by Friday HERE. We also have several volunteer positions to fill HERE.

Swim-a-Thon is during practices on Wednesday, June 29^th. You can be taking pledges and donations now by registering on this website: https://charity.pledgeit.org/NFST

We also have a number of new volunteer opportunities to provide food/drink donations, and to help count swimmer laps (you get to set on the edge of the pool and keep a tally – it is a fairly easy point to earn if you are already at practice). Sign up HERE.
