Relay Carnival is Tonight at Springfield!

This is a meet with all 6 teams from Division 17. It is a limited event, in that it is only relays. Thus, we are limited in the number of swimmers who can participate to fill each relay team. But other Neptunes are welcome to attend and cheer the team on - it should be a fun and competitive event!

Where?
Springfield Swimming & Racquet Club
7400 Highland St, Springfield, VA 22150

Parking: you can drop your swimmers off near the pool, but we will need to use street parking in the surrounding area. The lot will be only for those with passes (coaches and select officials).

Who? See attached roster & volunteer list. We need every swimmer and volunteer listed to attend! (one missing swimmer means the other 3 in their age group cannot swim)
Volunteer uniform: white top over navy bottoms.

When?
Neptunes Arrival: 5:40pm
Warm-Up: 5:55-6:15pm
Meet Begins: 6:30pm
Meet Ends: 8:30pm (estimated)

Seating: Please bring folding camp chairs if you are able – Springfield will have limited lounge-bench chair seating for spectators.

Weather: If there is a rain/thunder delay, swimmers and parents/volunteers will need to wait in cars, with the intention to continue the meet once the delay is over. Remind text messages will be used to communicate with the team.
