Hello Neptunes!

We've had a great week both in the pool and out of it, swimming at Laurel Hill and Edsall Park, and at a fun lunch at Dave & Busters. Here is important information about this week's social events (an email about Monday's B-meet is forthcoming):

Monday (7/10) at Noon is the deadline to purchase tickets for Flight!

Join us at Flight on Wednesday, July 12th from 2-3:30 for jumping fun! All are welcome!

$24 a jumper for 90 minutes; includes socks.

Tickets must be purchased through the link at the top of the Spiritwear Page HERE no later than 12pm noon on Monday, July 10th! RSVPs without ticket purchase will not be valid.

Bring your fins and join the coaches for fun in the pool from 11-12. All swimmers who can use a kickboard independently are welcome.

Friday, 7/14 6:30-7:30pm - Pep Rally: Lip Sync Battle!

This Friday we will hold our 2nd annual Lip Sync Battle! Here is what you need to know: 1. You can perform by yourself or with friends.
2. Send your song selection to Tracy Rossi ([email protected]) by Thursday morning.
3. Come to the grassy area on Friday at 6:30 ready to go!
4. If you don't want to lip sync, join us to help cheer on your fellow swimmers!
