Our final B-meet of the season is on Monday (7/10). Here's the information for the meet.

When?
Neptunes Arrival: 5:40pm
Neptunes Warm-up: 5:55pm
Mini-Neptunes Swim: 6:15pm (arrive by 6:05pm)

• Please reply to this email if your mini plans to attend so that we can share numbers with Cottontail (we are limited to 20 minis at most at this meet).

Meet Officials briefings: 6:00pm
Meet Begins: 6:30pm

• Note: the order of events will be: IM, free, back, breast, fly

Meet Ends: 9:00pm (estimated)

How?
Volunteer Dress: White top, navy bottoms.

Seating: Please bring portable/camp chairs for swimmers to sit in our team area.

Weather Policy: See below for a reminder of our policy with possible weather delays.

Concessions message from Cottontail: “Concessions will be open with dinner items, snacks, and drinks available for purchase. We accept cash, credit card, and Venmo.”

Weather Policy: We do swim in light rain, and rain will only delay a meet if it is heavy enough that we cannot see of the pool. We will be delayed if there is thunder or bad storms in the vicinity; the timing of that delay is dependent on the host pool (at Home, that is 45 minutes, which is usually the norm for most pools). Usually, we recommend families wait in cars for a return to the meet, as thunder will require the pool deck to be cleared.

We use the Remind App for notifications on the time the meet will resume. We strongly encourage ALL team members to sign up for this notification service.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• To sign up for text messages, text @nfneptunes to 81010

• A Remind app is also available, but you do not need it to receive text message notifications.
