Hello Neptunes,

We're finally at the last meet of the season - the Div. 17 Individual Championships at Pleasant Valley. The meet will begin at 8:30am, and is at Pleasant Valley Pool in Chantilly. It will take approximately 40 minutes to drive from Newington Forest to the pool, so make sure to plan for an on-time arrival. The warm-up for the first half will be at 7:45am. Other times are below, along with a “no earlier than” set of times (the earliest an individual stroke will begin). There will also be 10-minute warmups for each stroke from IM on.

Meet Begins: 8:30am
Meet Ends: 1:30pm (estimated)

• Note: Each stroke will have its own 10 minute warm-up, and we have "no earlier than" times are posted below. Mike Cabot will send out Remind texts on the progress of the meet and try to estimate those later warm-up times. To be safe, you'll want to plan on being at the pool by the "no earlier than" times.
