This Friday, it's Mighty Neptune Day, so please show your Neptune Spirit by wearing your favorite Neptune Shirt and getting a picture (or two!) of you and a fellow Neptune in your shirts getting ready to start Swim Season 24! Email Pictures to: [email protected] and get a prize at the Sunday Kick Off Event. (Pictures MAY be posted online so please do be careful to only send in pictures that you are comfortable being on the team's private Facebook page.)

Additionally, this Friday, at the Newington Forest Elementary School Spring Fling, come see your Coaches and Captains at the NFST table from 6pm to 8pm.
